STRATFORD - Fern Marie Gupton, 77, died Tuesday, May 2, 1995.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in First United Methodist Church with the Rev Brian Adams, pastor and the Rev John Wagoner, Pastor of First United Methodist Church in Panhandle, officiating. Burial will be in Stratford Cemetery by Morrison Funeral directors.
Mrs Gupton was born in Ong, Neb., and had lived in Stratford since 1952. She married Bill Gupton in 1945 at Belleville, Kan. He died in 1983. She was a retired restaurant owner and operator and a member of First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include two sons, Kenny Gupton of Guymon, Okla., and Jimmy Gupton of Portland; three daughters, Karen Luther of Texline, Mary Vanover of Fritch and Judy Diamond of Amarillo; 14 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
The family will be at 801 N Fulton, and suggests memorials be to St Anthony's Hospice and Life Enrichment Center, P O Box 950, Amarillo, Texas
