Lillian Lehr, 90, Jamestown, died Tuesday, March 18, 2003, at Hi-Acres Manor Nursing Center, Jamestown.
Lillian Klundt was born Jan. 26, 1913, in Gackle, N.D., the daughter of Edward and Barbara (Moos) Klundt. She grew up in the area, attended elementary school in the local rural school and helped on the family farm. She married Arthur Lehr on June 16, 1938, at Gackle. They lived on farms near Alfred, N.D. In 1959 she moved to Jamestown, where she was employed at Central Dakota Nursing Home for 21 years until she retired. In June 1996, she entered Hi-Acres Manor Nursing Center. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Jamestown.
She is survived by two daughters, Margaret (Selmer) Dockter, Chandler, Ariz., and Ardella (Pat) McCarty, Mesa, Ariz.; a son, Cordell (Sandra), Jamestown; a brother, Rueben (Leona), Gackle; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, John, Emil, Edwin and Harold; and an infant sister, Barbara.
Services: 2 p.m. Saturday, Hi-Acres Manor Chapel, Jamestown, with the Chaplain David Fisher officiating.
Visitation: 1 to 5 p.m. today and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, Haut Funeral Homes, Jamestown.
Burial: Gackle Cemetery, Gackle.
