      Otto A. Feldner, 74, rural Burlington, died Tuesday in a Minot hospital. His funeral will be Friday at 10 a.m. in Vincent United Methodist Church, with burial in Rosehill Memorial Park, both Minot.
      He was born May 6, 1913, near Donnybrook, to Carl and Otillie Feldner. He was reared there and graduated from high school there in 1931. He farmed near Donnybrook in Greenbush Township, Ward County, and bought and sold cattle for the Donnybrook Shipping Association. He married Jeanette Merrill June 18, 1944, in Donnybrook. He then sold insurance and specialty advertising in the northwest area of the state before moving to Minot in 1963. In Minot, he was employed by Don Moe Motors Inc. until the mid 1970s when he was an independent car salesman in the Minot area until his retirement.
      He played baseball in high school and competed for the Donnybrook Independents for a number of seasons. Later he managed Donnybrook to three state amateur tournaments. He helped organize the 1960 Donnybrook Babe Ruth club that was the state champion. In the early 1930s, he and his brothers formed an independent basketball team.
      He was a member of Vincent United Methodist Church and the Golden K of Kiwanis, and served on the Minot/Ward County Centennial Commission.
      Survivors: wife; sons, Jeffrey, Logsden, Ore., Donn, Thomas and Richard, all Minot; daughter, Susan Marum, Miles City, Mont.; five grandchildren; brothers, Lloyd, Manhattan, Mont., Allen, Laurel, Mont., Kenneth, Devils Lake; sisters, Minnie O'Neill, Bismarck, Myrtle Kielsmeier, Denver.
      Visitation will be today until 8:30 p.m. in Thompson-Larson Funeral Home, Minot.
