Harold Korb, 82, of Cheyenne died Feb. 25 at the Veterans Administration Hospital.
He was born Nov. 15, 1927, in Keota, Colo.
Mr. Korb worked for the Wyoming Highway Department.
He married Darlene Miller on June 25, 1976, in Brighton, Colo.
Mr. Korb was a WWII veteran of the U.S. Navy.
He was a life member of VFW, Moose Lodge, American Legion, Eagle Lodge, honorary member of Oregon Trail Motorcycle Organization of Scottsbluff, Neb., past member of Cheyenne Knights Motorcycle Racing Club, Wyoming Workman's Public Association and past president of Wyoming Polka Dance Club of America.
Mr. Korb is survived by his wife, Darlene Miller Korb of Cheyenne; stepson, Dan and Penny Byers of Cheyenne; a sister, Helen Curry of Scottsbluff; nieces and nephews, Greg and Meredith Korb and family of Strasberg, Colo., John B. and Bev Herdt of Lakewood, Colo., Patrick and Carol Persson and family of Laramie, Andrea and Mike Nelson and family of Fort Collins, Colo., Steven and LaVonne Heckman of Torrington, and Elaine and Bruce Pollock and family of Wisconsin.
He was preceded in death by his sisters and brothers, Emma Flint, Dorothea Heckman, Berneice Persson, Lorene Herdt, Fred Korb and Ben Korb.
