Glendive, Montana --- Leon Odenbach, 75, of Glendive, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family, after a long struggle with diabetes, on March 3, 2002.
He is preceded in death bu his parents, Albert and Martha; and his sister, Florence
(Davis) Odenbach. He was born on April 11, 1926, in Bonsteel, South Dakota. He was married to Laura Wetzler for 48 years on August 9, 1953.
He is survived by his wife Laura; three sons, Dwight (renee), Dale (Debbie), Doug; and one daughter Darla (Chris) Ashton; three grandchildren, Joshua, Lacey and Nicholas Ashton.
His hobbies were agate hunting, and he was an avid baseball fan. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was a longtime member of the Assembly of God Church.
Funeral services will be at the Assembly of God Church at 10 a.m. March 8.
