Emus Larson, 70 of Benson Drive, Stanwood, WA passed away Friday November 24, 1972 at Anacortes, WA following a brief illness.
Emus was born April 4, 1902 to Nils A and Elise (Mikjer) Larson in Irene, South Dakota. He married Gertrude (Serr) Larson on November 18, 1930. They moved to the Stanwood, WA community in 1943. He was a member of Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church in Stanwood.

Twenty nine Grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.
Mr. Larson was preceded in death by his parents, wife Gertrude in 1971, baby daughter Judy Jane in 1945, son Dale in 1968 and two brothers; George Larson of Aberdeen, WA in 1963 and Lawrence Larson of Montana in 1932.
Private family services were held Monday, November 27 at Tiffany’s Gunderson Chapel in Stanwood, WA with Pastor Raymond Brandt officiating; interment followed in Anderson Cemetery. Those desiring memorials may make them to the Heart Fund or Cancer Fund.
