Ernest Remboldt, 85, Jamestown, died Feb. 27, 1997, in the Jamestown hospital. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Streeter, with burial in the church cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Viola; one son, Jerry, Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; and three sisters, Lydia Fischer, Fargo, Frieda Reeser, Prescott, Ariz., and Lenora Hoffer, Bismarck. (Haut Funeral Home, Gackle)

Ernest Remboldt, 85, Jamestown, N.D., formerly Streeter, N.D., died Thursday, Feb. 27, 1997, in Jamestown Hospital.
Mr. Remboldt, known as Mike, was born Dec. 20, 1911, in Streeter, where he grew up and graduated from high school in 1930. He attended the North Dakota State College of Science, Wahpeton, and Interstate Business College, Fargo. He then worked for a short time for the Gamble-Robinson Co., Fargo. In 1942 he entered the U.S. Army and was stationed in the United States, Belgium, Germany and France. Following his military discharge in 1946, he worked for Streeter Lumber Co.
