Maxine Bonnelle Leth, 88, of Leawood, KS, passed away Thursday, May 27, 2010 at Sunrise of Leawood. Private family graveside services will be held in Fremont, NE. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the Fremont, NE Area Medical Center, Diabetes Fund, 450 East 23rd Street, Fremont, NE 68025.
Maxine was born January 1, 1922, in Lindsey, NE. She was an excellent homemaker raising her son and spending time with her family. She enjoyed volunteering and being around children.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John B. and Agnes Johnson; brothers, Bill and Bud Johnson; and sister, Betty Raffety. She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Harry Leth; son H.D. Leth; and 2 granddaughters, Meghann and Kristen Leth.
