Services for Jerry E. Gillis, 56, were held Thurday at Washtucna Community Church, Vault burial will be in the Pioneer Memorial Cemetery in Washtucna. Mr. Gillis, who was born in Washtucna, died Monday. He was a graduate of Rosalia (Wash.) High School and served four years in the Air Force. He worked as an aircraft mechanic in Seattle, California and Arizona. He retired due to an illness and returned to Washtucna in 1973.
