Son of James & Katherine (Chramosta) Adam.
Married to Marilyn Joyce on 6-18-1959 at Hastings, NE.
Much of his life was spent farming and milking cows. He received the F.F.A. State Farmer Award in 1951. He was the youth member of the State Farm Bureau and President of the Buffalo County Farm Bureau. He also served on the State Dairy Review Board for many years. He also served on the local 777 Musicians Association for many years. He was a 3rd Degree Knights of Columbus member for over 40 years.
He started playing drums and trumpet in dance bands while in high school and continued until death. He organized the Star Duster Band in the 1950s and later the Adam Family Band.
