Nancy grew up and atteneded school in Fairmont, graduationg in the class of 1957. After graduation, Nancy moved to York and was a telephone operator for the Lincoln Telephone Company from 1957 until 1961. She met and made many friends while living and working in York. Nancy married Gayle Don Galusha of Fairmont on December 2, 1961, and to them 3 children were born. Nancy worked for the Youth Rehabilitation Center in Geneva from 1984 to 2000, when her health forced her to retire. Nancy Lee is preceded in death by her husband Gayle Galusha, parents Edmond and Geniza Ackerman, mother and father-in-law Edna and Don Galusha; brother-in-law, Mike O'Brien. She is survived by her children, Tomie (Denice) Galusha and son Aidan; daughter Tricia (Charles) Chapman Jr. and their son Gunnar; Thad Galusha; sisters Nadine Ackerman, Nina (Robert)Bartu; brother Lanny Ackerman; sister-in-law, Donna O'Brien; brother-in-law Del(Jan)Galusha, and many nieces, nephews, andother relatives and dear friends.
