Herbert Haemmelmann officiating. Mrs. Wiest died of a heart attack Saturday at her home at 103 West Second. Interment was at Ritzville Memorial cemetery. Pallbearers included Adolph Grans, Arthur Roloff, Edwin Roloff, Otto Grams, Bill Grams and Ronnie Grams, all Mrs. Wiest's nephews. Mrs. Wiest was born to Mr. and Mrs. Gottlieb Grams on Jan. 30, 1893, in Berasina, Russia. She was educated in Europe and later was married to Michael Wiest on March 22, 1918, at Klasstich, Russia. The couple lived at Sao Paulo, Brazil, in 1926 and 1927 and came to live in the Ralston area in 1928. They moved to the present address in September, 1956. Mrs. Wiest was a member of the Philadelphia Congregational church and a prayer group of the church. Surviving are her husband at the home; a son, Alfred of Odessa; two daughters, Mrs. Erna Coleman of Kellogg, Ida., and Mrs. Landa Trimble of San Diego, Calif.; a brother, Emanuel Grams of Ritzville; two sisters, Mrs. D. O. Roloff of Ritzville and Mrs. Sarah Rempfer of Germany; and seven grandchildren.
