    Eileen was the daughter of Leo Fromme & Ardella Sensel. She married Wilbur Toenjes (son of George Toenjes & Alma Eichelmann) 4 July 1947. They had 2 children: Joseph & Julie.
    Eileen B. Toenjes, nee Fromme, 63, of Millstadt, wife of Wilbert Toenjes, died July 28, 1988, at St. Elizabeth's Hospital, Belleville, after a long illness.
    A funeral Mass was said at 10 a.m. July 30 in St. James Cathlolic Church, Millstadt, Fr. Edward Schaefer officiating. Burial was in Mt. Evergreen Cemetery, Millstadt. Strauss Funeral Directors in Millstadt were in charge.
    Mrs. Toenjes was born July 26, 1925 in Valmeyer, a daughter of Ardella Fromme, nee Sensel, of Columbia, and the late Leo Fromme.
    She was a member of St. James Catholic Church in Millstadt and American Legion Auxiliary Post 502, Millstadt.
    Her survivors include her mother, a son, Joseph Toenjes, Millstadt; a daughter and son-in-law, Julie and James Cory McInTyre, Belleville; two brothers, Francis Fromme and Michael Fromme, both of Columbia; four sisters, Mary Harvel, Belleville, Rosalie Bise, Renault; Judy Fromme and Christine Ettling, both of Columbia; and three grandchildren.

    Eileen heiratete Toenjes, Wilbur H. am 4 Jul 1947. Wilbur (Sohn von Toenjes, George Robert und Eichelmann, Alma I.) wurde geboren am 21 Mai 1925; gestorben am 5 Jul 1997 in ,, Illinois, USA; wurde beigesetzt in Mount Evergreen Cemetery, Millstadt, Saint Clair County, Illinois, USA.
